These terms cover the website itself. The work we perform for you is governed by the written estimate and any contract documents you sign with us, which take precedence over anything on this website if the two ever disagree.

Information on this site is not a binding offer

The descriptions of services, processes, timelines and coverage areas on this site are provided to help you understand what we do. They are general information, not a fixed offer and not a contract. Nothing on this website creates an agreement between us until we provide you with a written estimate and you accept it.

Estimates and quotes

Requesting an estimate through this website places no obligation on you and no obligation on us to take the work. We give estimates after visiting and assessing the actual property, because an accurate number depends on the condition of the surfaces and the scope of the job.

An estimate is valid for the period stated on it. If the scope changes, or conditions are found that were not visible at the time of the visit, the price may need to change. We will discuss that with you before proceeding.

Scheduling

Exterior work depends on weather and surface conditions. Dates we discuss are our best estimate and may move when temperature, moisture or wind make it unsafe or unwise to apply a coating. We will keep you informed when a schedule changes.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in your written estimate and any contract documents you sign. Those documents govern. Nothing on this website changes the payment terms you agreed to in writing.

Warranty

Where we provide a workmanship warranty, the written warranty document issued with your completed job sets out exactly what is covered, for how long, and how to make a claim. That written document governs. Summaries elsewhere on this website are provided for general information and do not replace or extend it.

Website content

The text, photographs, logos and design on this site belong to Integrity Painting or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own use in considering or arranging work with us. You may not copy, republish or use our content commercially without our written permission.

We work to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every page is free of error or omission, or that the site will always be available without interruption.

Reviews and testimonials

Customer reviews shown on this site are real and are reproduced from the platform on which the customer originally published them, such as our Google Business Profile.
